The Group Transition Program (GTP) is specifically designed for the development of functional core stability and strength training and is available at our two practices in Adamstown and East Maitland. This is a small group program and is available for all clients that want to transition from the Individualized Programs but maintain a level of supervision.
These groups are a maximum of 3 clients per Exercise Physiologist to ensure that clients continue to receive progression of their exercises and the same level of expertise for their continued rehabilitation or wellness goals. Due to the extensive equipment that is available at our two practices program development can focus on strength training, core stability, body resistance and balance training, cardiovascular conditioning and Pilates based method.
This program is a small group training session but clients will continue to be provided with individualised programs that are designed specific to their goals and needs. All training programs are focused on an increased in function to achieve improvements in ADL’s or a specific goal that is driven by the client.
