The Pilates Method is a unique system of strengthening and stretching exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's utilising specialised equipment and mat exercises.

The Pilates Method is without peer when it comes to rehabilitation for any form of injury, as well as increasing fitness, improving posture and sporting performance.

ProActive Rehabilitation and Health provides personalised Pilates program in a one on one setting in a fully equipped pilates studio. These personalised programs can also be provided in a small group setting of three clients to ensure that you achieve the most out of the Pilates experience and achieve improvements through all musculoskeletal injuries, longer leaner muscles and improvements in sporting performance. All sessions are undertaken at Lifestyle Pilates and Rehabilitation Studio.

Pilates can benefit the injured as well as the healthy and is an all over body conditioning program without the impact and need for heavy machinery but with all the same benefits and results. Classes can be provided as a form of exercise and prevention through increased stability.
