Experience:
- Specialised in Exercise Physiology since 2000, developing areas of expertise with injuries to the lower back, shoulders, neck and knees. Also gained extensive experience in dealing with clients with complex neural conditions. Also specialises in assisting clients with PTSD, anxiety and depression in coping with their condition through the use of effective exercise techniques. Also has experience and success in assisting clients with amputations..
- Is a qualified Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor since 2004 and has an excellent and comprehensive understanding of the involvement of core stability in the rehabilitation of all major injuries. His knowledge in the development of exercise routines incorporating core stability ensures that clients have a high success rate in improving their condition. His skills in Pilates assist in increasing client’s core, lumbopelvic, scapula and cervical stability. He is currently trained in the delivery of exercises on the reformer, trapeze table, combo chair, ladder barrel, and Freeform Boards.
- Trained clients that have psychosocial problems usually as a result of injury and used personal experience and training to apply the principles of CBT to achieve excellent results with a return to the workforce or an upgrade in duties.
- Certificate IV in Workplace and Training allows assessment of workers within the workplace, which allows for greater improvements in the programs due to understanding of work environment and conditions.
- Taught at a tertiary level at Tighes Hill TAFE educating students in rehabilitation techniques for the general populaion, and exercise programming, prescription and technique.
Anita Delbridge Goswell
Qualifications:

Anita is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with the Exercise and Sports Science association (ESSA). She completed her Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) at Charles Sturt University in 2009 and her Bachelor of Education (PDHPE) at the University of Newcastle in 1995. She has lectured at the NSW TAFE in the Health and Recreation Department since graduating, and has been in the fitness industry since 1990, specialising in programming for general fitness, strength, rehabilitation and weight loss. Her area of interest is women’s health issues, including exercise prescription for pre and post natal and menopausal women.
Anita is also a Level 4 Pilates Practitioner with the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA), having completed her graduate Certificate in Pilates Method at the University of Technology in Sydney in 2002. She is also the Director of Lifestyle Pilates and Rehabilitation Studio in Warners Bay.
